Extras
Logo design is £150 on Brochure and Business, and included in Bespoke. Extra pages, extra rounds of changes and online payments can be added to any package. We quote for them before we start, so you always know the price first.
Running costs you pay directly
Your domain and hosting, plus any booking or payment tool you choose to use. You pay these straight to the provider, in your name, and we tell you what they'll be before you commit. The maintenance plan is the only monthly cost that comes to us, and only if you choose it.

Optional. Never worry about your website again: we keep it safe, up to date and working, so you can get on with running your business. Cancel any time, and you keep ownership of everything.

Paid monthly in advance. Cancel by email at any time, and your plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for. The plan doesn't include content changes: every project includes the rounds of changes listed in your package, and further changes, new pages and new features are quoted separately.

When you've approved the site and it's ready to go live.
Launch
Once the balance is paid, followed by your handover.

Questions about price
Are there any monthly fees?
Only if you choose one. The website is a one-off price. The maintenance plan is £30 a month, optional, and you can cancel any time. Your domain and hosting are paid directly to the provider, in your name, and we tell you the cost before you commit.
What happens if I cancel the maintenance plan?
Your plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Your site, domain and accounts stay yours, and nothing is switched off.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain, hosting and email are in your name from day one. Once the final invoice is paid, the site and everything we made for it are yours.
How long does it take?

What if I need changes after launch?
If something doesn't work as described in your proposal, tell us within 30 days of launch and we'll fix it free of charge. Every project includes the rounds of changes listed in your package; further changes are quoted separately.
Do you write the words?
Yes, every package includes the writing. We write the text for your pages from a call or email brief with you, and you approve it before it goes live.
Can you design a logo?
Yes. If you don't have one, we design a logo for your business, as a wordmark or symbol, with files ready for your website, social media and print. It's included in Bespoke, and costs £150 with Brochure or Business. You're also welcome to use the logo you already have.
Can I use photos and text I already have?
Yes. Send them over, and we'll use what works and tell you if anything needs replacing.
I already have a domain. Is that a problem?
Not at all. It stays in your name, and we point it at your new site.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade from Brochure within 3 months of launch and the £550 you've paid counts towards the new package.
