Subscription food delivery

The brief

A new local business delivering fresh food to members each week. The site had to explain a membership with a monthly fee and a weekly price, check that visitors live in the delivery area, and let them join and manage their membership.

What we built

  • A 14-page site, including a two-step join flow, checkout, confirmation and a members' account area
  • A postcode check for the delivery area
  • A choice of plans with running totals
  • A members' area to change, pause, resume or cancel
  • A written handover, with every price and rule kept in one settings file

What we tested

Fast-loading and accessible on every page, and checked on every screen size from small phones to large desktops.

Our part

We built the front end and wrote the handover. The owner's own developer connects payments, order storage and emails.

Hair salon, London

The brief we set ourselves

An older site that was hard to use on a phone and didn't lead to booking. We set out to make booking the obvious next step, keep contact details consistent on every page, and give it a warm, mobile-first look.

What we built

  • A 4-page concept: home, services, booking and contact
  • A four-step booking flow: choose a service, pick a date and time, enter your details, see a confirmation
  • The salon's existing booking provider kept as a second option
  • A mobile "Book" button that stays in reach

What we checked

Contact details consistent on every page, and the booking flow working from start to finish.

Physiotherapy and Pilates studio, London

The brief we set ourselves

An older site whose home page didn't help patients find what they needed or book. We set out to build a calm, clinical home page that leads to booking, and to show services, prices, opening hours and location clearly.

What we built

  • A 4-page concept: home, services, booking and contact
  • A home page with this week's opening hours, the address and tap-to-call
  • A four-step booking flow showing the studio's published prices

What we checked

Every price, opening hour and contact detail matched the studio's own published information on the day we built it.
