Interim leaders are often between mandates, or not yet ready to be seen moving. That is precisely when a clear record matters most. Before we see any detail, we sign a mutual NDA with you, and with your search firm if they introduced us.

When an operating partner or investment committee is considering an interim appointment, a well-made personal website lets them understand the candidate’s record clearly, on the candidate’s own terms.

Many of our executive clients are introduced by their search firm. If you would like to offer candidates or newly placed leaders a personal website, we act as your referral partner. You make the introduction, we sign an NDA with you both, and we take care of the rest. We never contact a candidate’s current employer, and anything you share is used solely for that introduction.

We are happy to provide your compliance team with a one-page summary of where data is held, who can access it and when it is deleted.
