Setup covers a review of your site, the first round of fixes (up to 4 hours), connecting Search Console and Bing, llms.txt and schema, and a record of where you start. Bigger fixes are quoted first. Hours that aren’t used don’t roll over.
How it works
- Book a virtual meeting and tell us about your business, your area and what customers search for.
- We send a written proposal with your plan and setup price.
- You give us access to Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. Your accounts stay in your name.
- We do the setup and record your starting point, including how AI tools answer questions about you.
- Every month: checks in the first week, fixes and writing in weeks two and three, and your report by the fifth working day.
Questions about SEO & AEO
Is this part of the Care Plan?
No. The Care Plan is maintenance only. SEO & AEO is a separate monthly service, and you can have either, both or neither.
What is AEO?
AEO stands for answer engine optimisation. It helps AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews understand your business and name it correctly, using clear answers on your pages, schema and an llms.txt file.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee Google rankings or AI mentions. We do the work that helps, and we show you each month what changed.
Do you build backlinks?
We never buy links and we don’t promise a number of links. We keep your directory listings accurate and suggest local sites that are worth approaching, such as partners, suppliers and local groups.
Does my site need to be built by you?
No. It works on most websites. Setup costs less if we built your site, because we already know it.
Is there a minimum term?
3 months, because search takes time to respond. After that it rolls monthly and you can cancel with a month’s notice. Pay for 12 months upfront and you pay for 10.
Who owns the work?
You do. Every post, page and listing stays yours if you stop.
